The white crown with red jewels at the top and gold details at the bottom appears at the top of the mark. Two white scepters with gold shading and red jewel designs at the top and red jewel designs at the bottom are displayed crossed behind the shield. On the surface of the gold shield is a blue and red rectangular design with dark red and dark blue shading, and with a five-pointed white star contained within a white twelve-pointed star outline in the center of the shield.
