The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration of a sandal featuring a footbed with an embellished defined edge and a sole with a jagged uneven appearance. The footbed appears wider and deeper at the heel, and tapers so that the front portion of the footbed appears thinner. A raised wishbone-shaped strip appears in the front portion of the footbed. A laterally wider strap, which tapers slightly towards the center of the sandal, is affixed to the outside of the sandal between the footbed and the sole. An overlapping strap, which appears wider at the inside of the sandal, narrows to an overall rectangular shape with an angled edge as it overlaps the laterally wider strap. The overlapping strap, with punch holes, is affixed to the laterally wider strap by an oversized buckle with a rounded edged, a contrasting rectangular interior, and a flat prong. The matter depicted in broken lines is intended to show the positioning of a certain feature of the mark that is not claimed apart from the mark as a whole.
