The mark consists of the words "NEW YORK SUSTAINABLE WINEGROWING" arranged in a circle, with the words "NEW YORK" at the top separated by two vertical lines from the words "SUSTAINABLE" and "WINEGROWING" at the bottom, all of which surround a design of a flower, the petals of which are 16 stemmed glasses arranged in a circle in an alternating pattern of bases to rims.
Color is not claimed as a feature of the mark.
The certification mark, as used or intended to be used by persons authorized by the certifier, certifies or is intended to certify that fresh wine grapes are grown in New York State consistent with standards for sustainability set by the certifier, and to certify that wines are at least 85 percent derived from fresh wine grapes grown in New York State consistent with these standards.
