The mark consists of a three-dimensional trade dress configuration of packaging of the goods, namely, a bottle. The bottle is symmetrical, in the shape of a vertically oriented rectangle with rounded corners, with the ratio of the height of the bottle to its width being approximately 1.5 to 1. The surfaces of the bottle are curved in all dimensions, such that the front and back surfaces are slightly curved, and the side surfaces are rounded. The base of the bottle forms an elongated oval. The opening of the bottle is at the top, in the form of a short stem with a rounded lid, which forms part of the mark.
