The mark consists of an oval containing the wording SPACE FOUNDATION and SPACE TECHNOLOGY, within which is an oval containing numerous stars on a shaded background with the word CERTIFIED.
"Space Foundation" has become distinctive of the certified goods/services through the authorized users' substantially exclusive and continuous use of the mark in commerce that the U.S. Congress may lawfully regulate for at least the five years immediately before the date of this statement.
