The mark consists of three-dimensional depiction of a five-rung a-frame pool ladder, each rung including ten parallel and equally spaced depressions along its length. The vertical face of each rung includes two parallel and equally spaced depressions along its length. The vertical face of the top deck includes two parallel and equally spaced depressions along its length. From the top deck of the ladder, two vertical, ovular handrails protrude. The vertical sides of the ladder include a rectangular cutout next to each horizontal rung in which the square end of each horizontal rung is placed, between each rectangular cutout being a vertical depression. One side of the a-frame ladder includes a retractable piece being the length of the rungs of the ladder on the outer side of the rungs, the retractable piece including parallel and equally spaced depressions along its length. The other side of the a-frame ladder includes a retractable piece being the length of the rungs of the ladder on the inner side of the rungs, the retractable piece including parallel and equally spaced depressions along its length. Between the vertical sides of the ladder at the height of the top horizontal rung is a rectangular rail that runs parallel to the top deck of the ladder and perpendicular to the rungs of the ladder. Two of the vertical sides of the ladder increase in width towards the bottom of the ladder. Within the widened portion of the side of the ladder are three vertical, parallel and equally spaced depressions of increasing length.
Color is not claimed as a feature of the mark.
