The mark consists of a variety of circles within circles arranged around one center circle with a variety of circles within one another. The center circle has three circles within it, one within the other, and the smallest circle is shaded-in. Extending outwards from this center circle are five columns of three circles with a variety of circles within one another. The circles within these columns vary in size, becoming smaller in size the further out the circle is in the column.
