The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration of trade dress depicting the exterior of an aircraft. The mark appears as follows: A continuous single red stripe appears around the center length of the entire aircraft, from the nose, along the top of the fuselage, over and around the edges of the vertical stabilizer including the rudder, the tail, and along the underside of the fuselage and nose. A stylized red letter "X" appears on both front sides of the aircraft positioned next to the cockpit window. The top and bottom half of the letter "X" is disconnected and separated by a space where the red two lines creating the letter "X" would normally intersect. The stylized letters "JSX" appear on the side of each engine cowl with the letters "J" and "S" appearing in the color gray, and the stylized letter "X" appearing in the color red. There is a design on both sides of the tail of the aircraft comprising two red chevrons of different lengths, with the upper chevron inverted. The lower chevron is connected to a red stripe outlining the tail of the aircraft and the top chevron connects to the red stripe outlining the top of the aircraft. The aircraft exterior is depicted in the color white which is a color feature of the mark. The broken and dotted lines depicting the other areas of the aircraft are used solely to indicate placement of the mark on the aircraft and are not part of the mark.
