The mark consists of The mark consists of the three-dimensional trade dress of a dining cart. The dining cart itself is comprised of a rectangular wooden farm wagon on wheels. The exterior wall of the wagon is comprised of a split rail fence with horizontal wooden panels and a top rail. At the center of one of the sides of the wagon is the entrance gate. Stairs leading into the entrance gate are affixed to the base the wagon. The corner posts of the fence extend beyond the height of the fence and adjoined by wooden cross beams. In the interior of the wagon, there are two tables positioned lengthwise along the center of the wagon floor. Along the sides of the tables are wooden cane chairs. The table is topped with a table scape comprised of candles, flower arrangements, plateware, glassware, cutlery, and napkins. Assorted lights, decor and lanterns are strung through the middle of the wagon over each respectibve table.
