The mark consists of The mark consists of a pair of wings with white outlining being transparent areas, oriented length wise and at rest, with the first half of the left wing consisting of a blue background and white stars and the bottom half consisting of five vertical stripes in the colors yellow, black, green and gray respectively and the right wing wholly consisting of six vertical stripes in black yellow, black, red, black, and grey. Centered in between the top of the wings is a black and white compass, with a red triangular compass marker and the red numbers, 3, 7, 13, 16, and 16 surrounding the outside of the compass in a clockwise order. Below the compass is a tribal cross design consisting of four stylized polygon surrounding and partially intersecting a black circle, the top polygon consists of blue outlining, with a white polygon inside it, the right polygon consists of gray to black ombre outlining, the bottom polygon is long and consists of blue diamond shapes extending off of a gray to white ombre polygon and the left polygon consists of yellow and black to white outlining. Inside the black circle of the tribal cross design is a horizontal pattern consisting of a block dot, seven small, vertical black lines and another black dot centered inside it. At the bottom of the wings and tribal cross design is the large, stylized, gray wording "THE", with a horizontal gray line underneath it, the larger, stylized, gray wording "LUCKY" underneath that, and the equally large, stylized, gray wording "FOUNDATION" below it, with the smaller, stylized, gray wording "LET UNITED COMPASSION KEEP YOU" underneath that.
