The certification mark, as used or intended to be used by persons authorized by the certifier, certifies or is intended to certify that the goods provided (1) have been grown in Latin America, and manufactured in the same country where grown into cacao as seeds (also known as beans), nibs, or paste; (2) have been grown, processed, sourced and sold according to standards of farming sustainability, supply chain ethics, artisanal methodology and labeling transparency, in compliance with the certifier's standards as determined by the certifying entity; and (3) the finished product is or contains within it the goods manufactured in accordance with (1) and (2) above, in compliance with the certifier's standards as determined by the certifying entity.
