The mark consists of a single capital letter "C", wider on the left-hand side and narrowing to beveled ends on the right-hand side, enclosed flush within a square of single lines, with four additional single lines bisecting the square vertically, horizontally, and diagonally, and an additional single line bisecting the square from one-quarter down from the top of the right-hand side through the center to one-quarter up from the bottom of the left-hand side; and a single-line circle flush with the four midpoints of the square, flush with the outside of the letter on the left hand side, but flush with the inside of the letter on the right hand side.
