The mark consists of the word "ROWE" is in the center of the white square and is an acronym for real optimists work ethic. the "r" in "ROWE" is capital and is in droid serif font and the "o" and "w" in "ROWE" is lower case and is in eb garamond medium font. the capitalized "r" is larger than the "o" and "w". there is a grey two-dimensional boat without a sail directly above the "o" representing the long "o" pronunciation sound. the "e" in "rowe" is grey and is in source serif pro font and is lower case but is a little smaller than the "r" but larger than the "o" and "w". there is a grey oval behind the "e" and there are two black poles crossing behind the "e" in "ROWE" that seems the be detached from the ends where they meet the grey oval behind the "e". the two poles of the oars are represented by three black lines. the two outermost lines are thin and the middle line is thick. the spoons or blades of the oars are represented by a black rounded rectangular shape in which the side that meets the lines of the beginning of the oars further from the "e" are rounded. the spoons or blades of the oars are black.
