The mark consists of a square solid black background on which appears the following letters, all in solid gold metallic letters with all lines centered. On the first line are the letters K P S in caps, each separated by a space. On the second line, in a slightly smaller font, the word KINDLED is all in capital letters in solid metallic gold color. On the third line, in the same size font as line 1, are the capital letters P R O each separated by a space with the letters also in solid metallic gold. On the fourth line is the word SHOPPE in all caps solid gold metallic letters in a font bigger than line 2 but not as big as lines 1 and 3. All lines are centered. There is a gold ribbon circle encasing the letters like a clock. The circle starts at the 6 o'clock position with three small gold dashes and goes up counter-clockwise with just a very thin gold line until approx. the 4 o'clock position where it becomes a two to three-strand line until it reaches the 3 o'clock to 2 o'clock where it appears solid with a thin gold strand next to it. It changes to a solid gold ribbon at about the 1 o'clock position and stays as such until it continues counterclockwise to the 8 o'clock position where it sharply dissipates to a point and then disappears completely. There is no circle image from the 7 o'clock position until the bottom 6 o'clock where the image began as described above.
