The mark consists of a three-dimensional trade dress configuration of packaging of the goods, namely, a glass bottle. The bottle consists of an overall rectangular shape, with a straight neck ending with a thick circular rim. On the front of the bottle is a rectangular label showing the word "MANIK" and a stylized tribal face mask with feathers on the right half of the mask, all outlined with a pattern of small squares. To the upper right of the tribal face mask with feathers are two small stylized circles, and to the bottom left of the face mask are two small squares. Above the letter "K" in the wording "MANIK" is a small stylized circle. Above and below the label, there are two elongated ridges. The broken lines depicting the bottle indicate placement of the mark on the goods and are not part of the mark.
Color is not claimed as a feature of the mark.
