The certification mark, as used or intended to be used by authorized entities, certifies or is intended to certify that a product sold by, manufactured by and/or which includes material sourced by an authorized entity has met qualifications set by certifier which establish that satisfactory results have been obtained from the testing and analysis of the product for the presence of chemicals, endocrine disruptors, health hazards, neurotoxins, carcinogens, environmental hazards, irritants and/or allergens in (1) the chemicals listed on the product's labeling and (2) chemicals not listed on the product's labeling, including chemicals from contamination.
