The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration comprising a design of a sneaker in two contrasting colors, with the front potion of the sneaker in one color and the rear portion in a contrasting color, with the division between these portions being a jagged, diagonal border running from near the front top of the boot to near the lower heel. A diagonal line on each side of the front lower portion of the sneaker appears in the same contrasting color as the rear portion of the sneaker.
