The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration of a revolver consisting of a revolver grip attached to a revolver frame connected below to a trigger guard encircling a trigger, above which is a hexagonal cylinder in the frame, with a hammer on the back end of the frame of the revolver, with a cylinder release lever behind the cylinder, above the grip and next to the hammer, with a rear sight on top of the back of the revolver, connected to a barrel with a muzzle at the end, with four oblong holes that progressively expand in size above the barrel within the revolver, with upper and lower barrel rails, with a front sight on top that peaks at two points to resemble rhinoceros horns, and with the front portion of the frame above the barrel and front sight tilted backwards to resemble a rhinoceros snout. The dotted lines are used to indicate elements of the design that are not claimed as features of the mark which include all portions of the frame except the four oblong holes above the barrel, cylinder ejector rod, grip, trigger guard, trigger, cylinder, cylinder release, hammer, front sight, rear sight, barrel, muzzle, and upper and lower rails.
