The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration of a bottle seen from different angles, namely, front, side views, top and bottom. The neck of the bottle has a blue and light pattern design and at the base of the pattern there is a dark blue band with a thin silver line at the top and bottom and then the word "NOBLIGE" in silver. The top of the cap is dark blue and in the center there is a light blue shield design with a decorative scrollwork border, inside of which appear three stylized mallets against a background of vertical stripes. Surrounding the shield design are nine light blue dots on both sides that start a quarter way up from the bottom of the shield and end a quarter way from the top of the shield. At the base of the design is the word "MARTELL" in light blue. The face of the bottle has a vertical flat smooth area that contains the following: a gold design of a swift in flight facing right ; the word "MARTELL" in white against a blue rectangular background; a gold shield design with a decorative scrollwork border, inside of which appear three stylized mallets against a background of vertical stripes; and the word "MARTELL" in gold stylized lettering; an embossed swift in flight facing right. The base of the bottle has the embossed words "MARTELL NOBLIGE". The color amber appearing in the bottle design is intended to depict liquid within the bottle, and is not a part of the mark.
