The mark consists of a shield-shaped border of two parallel lines. In the middle of the shield-shaped border is an urn which is depicted as a horizontal trapezoid on top of a vertical rectangle. The bottom rectangular portion of the urn is underneath a depiction of the ground, with the depiction of the ground consisting of three lines which arch across the bottom interior of the border. The top trapezoidal portion of the urn is on the top arching line. There is a tree on the left of the urn which has six bare branches facing upwards, and there is a tree on the right of the urn which is shaped as a vertical oval with pointed ends. Centered in between the trees and above the urn is a five-point star.
