The mark consists of The IGL8 logo is comprised of two stacked ovular arcs up top and a designed version of the company name underneath, spelling out "IgL8." The top two arcs are meant to infer a front view perspective of a traditional Inuit temporary structure, or in slang terms, an "igloo." The outer arc is intended to infer the outer, larger structure of the "igloo." The inner arc is intended to infer there is a frontal tubular extension out of the structure at its front base that acts as the entrance to the "igloo." Each arc has rounded tops and flat bases, that each have 90 degree right angles at each bottom corner of their base. A thin equidistant gap/space separates the inner arc from the outer arc. Each arc is a shape, each with a fill (color not specified -- in the example, the arc shape spaces are indicated by being filled in black). The two arcs are centered, the top centered over the bottom, and both are justified/aligned at the base. There is a gap/space underneath the two arcs. Under the gap under the arcs is a stylized design of the company name, "IgL8" - the first element, "I" is a narrow, vertical rectangular shape with slightly rounded corners at its base and right angles at the top. The second element (left to right) is designed to infer a lowercase "g" which has a tail at its base that extends to the left-most vertical side of the logo, left-aligned with the "I" (first element) above, underneath the first element, the "I", and has a knocked out rectangular space in the top area, with slightly rounded corners. The top right corner of the 2nd element is a 90 degree angle. The third element is meant to resemble an uppercase "L" where the tail extends underneath and over to the furthest right side of the stacked logo. The third element has rounded corners at its right side, and at the bottom left corner, but has right angles at its top right and left corners. The fourth element is meant to resemble the number "8" but rotated 90 degrees so that the longer sides (once rotated, the top and bottom) parallel the base of the upper two arcs. The fourth element has all slightly rounded corners with the exception of the top and bottom center, where the vector points have been brought in towards the center to create slight breaks between the left and right sides of the element. There are two knocked out areas, equidistant apart from the vertical center. All black areas are considered "fill" areas that together, constitute the logo in its stacked format, and all white areas are considered "background" which may be solid, opaque, or transparent, depending on the application. The intention of this design is to allow for the logo to be presented in a variety of colors and over top of a variety of backgrounds, be that printed or displayed over photographs, embroidered on fabrics, etc.
Color is not claimed as a feature of the mark.
