The mark consists of a nine pointed swirl design in which the top swirl is purple and contains a white spiral, the adjacent right swirl is magenta and contains white squares, the next right swirl is red and contains white stripes, the next swirl is red and contains white circles, the adjacent swirl is yellow and contains a white spiral, the adjacent swirl is green and contains white wavy lines, the next swirl is teal and contains white stars, the adjacent swirl is blue and contains white stripes and the last swirl is blue and contains white hearts, and all of which are surrounded by a border of broken purples lines and positioned above a design of six houses in which the first house is yellow with a red roof, white and yellow windows and a purple door, the second house is green with a teal roof, white and green windows and a teal door, the third house is red with a yellow roof, white and red windows and a purple and white door, the fourth house is blue with a yellow roof, white and blue windows, a yellow door and a white doorstep, the fifth house is teal with a green roof, white and teal windows, a green door and green doorsteps, and the last house is purple with a yellow roof, white and purple windows and a white door. The aforementioned houses are followed below by a wavy red band and followed underneath by the stylized wording "COTTONVILLE CUTS" all in purple.
