The certification mark, as used or intended to be used by persons authorized by the certifier, certifies or is intended to certify that the products provided have the following standards: (a) the ingredients the product is derived from must fall within a designated pulse market class, namely, yellow peas, green peas, red lentils, green lentils, kabuli chickpeas, desi chickpeas, black beans, navy beans, great northern beans, pinto beans, kidney beans, cranberry beans, faba beans, lupins, or another other pulse to be approved by the certifier; (b) the ingredients the product is derived from can be defined as dehulled pulse flour or specialty milled dehulled pulse flour, whole pulse flour or specialty milled whole pulse flour, starch-rich pulse flour or milled starch-rich pulse flour, pulse meal, pulse grits, pulse starch or processed pulse starch, pulse protein ,namely, pulse protein concentrate or additionally processed pulse protein concentrate and pulse protein isolate or additionally processed pulse protein isolate, and pulse fibre, namely, pulse hull fibre and pulse inner fibre as assessed in accordance with specification criteria and registration guidelines set by the certifier.
