The mark consists of the side view of an eagle torso flying left to right on a downward angle. The parts of the eagle shown on the mark are its head, right wing, and beak. The eagle's head is composed of shades of white, gray, and black and include an eye composed of three slim lightgray stripes followed by a white cornea with a black pupil subsumed therein, which itself is partially colored white on the upper left side. The eagle's gold beak is composed of shades of gold, black and grey. The beak is lightly open showing a black tongue with a light gray outline. The eagle's wing is composed of shades of blue, white, and black. Inside the wing there are three white and black stripes moving from top left to bottom right along with the movement of the eagle. The eagle is partially encapsulated within a group of concentric circles, which outer rim is pierced through by the eagle's beak. The innermost circle is completely shaded in red, in which most of the eagle's frame is located, and contains two curved black lines, one above the eagle and one below the eagle. The next layer of circle is a smaller sliver of white, then followed by a slightly larger sliver of black, and followed lastly by the thinnest layer of gray. This last layer is surrounded by fourteen grey stars laying equidistant from one another, in the shape of another circle. The background of the image is black.
The color(s) red, white, blue, white, gray, black, and gold is/are claimed as a feature of the mark.
