The mark consists of trade dress of the exterior of a beverage can with a black background. Written on the can are the blue stylized words "EY' BRO" centered prominently in the middle of the can. At the top centered above the central wording is the wording "EY' BRO" and "LAGER" in white making the shape of an oval. On either side of the white oval are two spikey circles. In the center of the oval-shaped wording is a white oval with the wording "NO. 1" in black inside. At the bottom of the can, centered beneath "BRO" is a white chain consisting of seven links. The broken lines depicting a can indicate placement of the mark on the goods and are not part of the mark.
