The mark consists of the words "SONIC" - in red and "ORTHODONTIC" - in black, arranged horizontally - predominantly in two lines, with the word "SONIC" above and "ORTHODONTIC", below. The "O" - in "SONIC" and the second "O" - in "ORTHODONTIC" are linked, vertically, and partially overlapping, as are chain links. The "O" - in "SONIC" is slightly larger than the other letters in "SONIC", and the second letter "O" - in "ORTHODONTIC" is much larger than the other letters in "ORTHODONTIC". There are two thin, curved red lines external to and concentric with the outer curvature of the "O" - in "SONIC", at both the 2 o'clock and 8 thirty positions, with the outer lines being approximately 60% of the length of the inner lines, and representing vibration. There are four narrow and spaced black vertical rectangles in the lower 40% of the second "O" in "ORTHODONTIC", which represent braces, and the positions of which are mimicking the internal curvature of the internal curvature of the bottom portion of that "O", and which are traversed by a thin, curved black line, mimicking the curvature of a smile, and which extends through all four rectangles and beyond each of the two rectangles at each end of the rectangles' entire arrangement. The color white is only for background purposes and does not represent any part of the claimed design.
The color(s) red and black is/are claimed as a feature of the mark.
