The certification mark, as used or intended to be used by persons authorized by the certifier, certifies or is intended to certify that the goods provided have been reviewed by the Neurological Health Foundation and found to be safe for use by pregnant women. The review includes a Toxicological Risk Assessment of every ingredient, a review of patch testing on the skin, toxic metal testing of the actual product, and a requirement that all ingredients and fragrances be listed on the product label.
