The mark consists of a trapezoid with the horizontal lines being parallel and the vertical lines of the trapezoid getting wider as they move up, with a smaller similar trapezoid sitting on top of the larger trapezoid, all only showing the outside lines of that overall shape with the center being white. On top of the design sits a skyline of seven silhouette buildings with the tallest building in the center and each building height decreasing in size to the left and right of center building. Centered within the smaller trapezoid shape is a solid liberty bell, with a lightning bolt crack in the middle of the bell, then on each side of the liberty bell, in smaller size, is a single solid five point star and then a horizontal solid dash line outside of each star. Below that, in the larger portion of the trapezoid shape are the words "TASTE OF PHILLY" in all capital letters, centered, with the word "TASTE" in larger print, above the word "OF" in smaller font, above the word "PHILLY" in same font size as the word "TASTE". On each side of the word "OF" are solid dash lines.
Color is not claimed as a feature of the mark.
