The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration of a bottle for the goods, an elongated cap, and a three-dimensional, horizontal, circular band around the base of the elongated cap. The front, sides and back of the bottle are all symmetrical and when viewed from any of these angles, the top of the bottle is a broad, rounded circular shape that curves downward and inward at a slight angle to form a square base at the bottom. The bottom edges of the base are beveled and cut at an angle so that the bottle sits on the base edges. When viewed from the front, sides or back, the bottle has a hollow, u-shaped interior that sits upon a thick, solid bottom section. Each forward facing surface of the bottle is flat and appears as a triangular shape with a rounded top, and sides that are rounded and longer than the horizontal, flat base. The top of the elongated cap is circular and wider than its circular base and there is a three-dimensional, horizontal, circular band at its base. The three-dimensional, horizontal, circular band is wider than the base of the cap but not as wide as the top of the cap and not visible when the bottle is viewed from the top. From the top view, the cap and bottle have circular shapes, shown by the wider top of the circular cap and the rounded top of the bottle. From the bottom view, the bottle has a square shape.
Color is not claimed as a feature of the mark.
