The mark consists of a fanciful pattern evoking tie-died cloth, with soft edges where colors intersect and merge. The colors of the pattern are blue, red, orange, yellow, green and violet and are claimed as features of the mark. The pattern covers all sides of the cardboard box in which the product is packaged. On the top and bottom surfaces is a border consisting of a thin white line, shaped as a square within the square sides of each of those surfaces, centered and with a total area about eighty-six percent of the area of the surface on which it is shown. All the foregoing elements are claimed as features of the trade dress. The box, when employed as packaging, folds into a six-sided container with the square top and bottom surfaces and four rectangular side surfaces of equal length. The drawing represents the box when unfolded into a flat surface.
The color(s) blue, red, orange, yellow, green and violet is/are claimed as a feature of the mark.
