The mark consists of a repeating pattern composed of a design in the shape of three concentric octagons and a dot in the center of the innermost octagon. Above, below, right and left of the design are similar octagons, wherein each of the outermost octagons shares at least one its sides with another of the outermost octagons. Sharing each of the four diagonal sides of the outermost octagons is a diamond or square with 4 dots arranged in a cross-like pattern in the middle of each diamond or square.
