7 Mechanical discharging concrete hoppers and concrete buckets
The mark consists of ornamental features of a three-dimensional configuration of a concrete bucket, namely, (1) an A-shaped lifting bail comprised of two bar shaped steel shafts running parallel to each other and joined together along the height of each leg of the "A" up to the point where the lower shaft forms the crossbar of the "A", (2) a gate configuration attached to the throat portion of the bucket cone, comprised on each side thereof, of two gears (with proprietary placement and spacing); (3) a hooped-type wrap around gate lever that connects to one of the gears on each side of the gate via a two bolt per gear attachment mechanism, whereby a plate wraps around the gate pivot bolt on the gate; (4) and a gate spring configuration with one spring attached to and joining the two gears on each side of the gate. The broken lines depicting the remaining structures of a concrete bucket indicate placement of the mark on the goods and are not part of the mark.
