The mark consists of The mark is a stylized Bald Eagle. The Eagle's features; wings, feathers, etc is a grayscale rendering of a red, white and blue American flag. 'Stars and bars' are represented in the Eagles wings. We reserve the right to color the Eagle as we choose. However it will be the same Eagle, colored differently, to match themes it is paired with, with or without 'ICON TEES" underneath the Eagle. The mark may be the Eagle, alone. Or ICON TEES, alone. At this point, ICON TEES, is in standard font, but may be stylized by an artist to be a better match, as a final product. It is in standard font, now, to start the trademark process and not have the concept stolen as we look for art work.
