The mark consists of A circular logo with a thick black line around the whole of the circle and a thin black line running inside the thick black line the entire circle. Within the circle along the top of the circle, in black lettering, in the font Franklin Gothic Heavy Regular, starting with period in front of the words "FORTUNE CHA" written in all caps, with a black period at the end of the word CHA. The center of the circle contains the image of a fortune cookie, in a yellow color, consisting of two curved surfaces, with a circular curve at the top of the image coming to a point at 180 degrees from the top of the curve, then bending into the body of the circle with a rounded edge nearly back to the top, and a second curve slightly inside, reaching back out to a point on the right bottom edge of the circle, curving back up along the right hand side. Attached to the fortune cookie image on the right side is a small rectangular flap in white with black coloring and outline, containing three Chinese characters in Traditional Chinese Script in the Font of Micro Yahei Bold, which represent the Chinese characters for the words "Fortune Tea" inscribed on the rectangular flap. Below the Fortune Cookie image is a small flattened gray circle representing a shadow of the fortune cookie image. Along the bottom edge of the circular logo within the thick and the thin black lines are inscribed the writing in lower case "bubble tea & dessert".
