The mark consists of a two-dimensional, stylized sword and shield. The sword includes a hilt having a grip, and quillon (or cross-guard), and a horizontal line representing a pommel at the uppermost portion of the grip. The sword is disposed above the uppermost portion of the shield such that the quillon and a portion of the blade is visible above the uppermost portion of the shield. The sword blade vertically bisects the shield with broken lines representing the sword blade edges. The sword quillon is disposed at or just above the top portion (pale) of the shield, and is positioned along a vertical centerline of the shield. The sword extends through the chief point, center point, and base points of the shield. The sword blade has a pointed tip that extends past the shield base point. The shield includes a diagonal line extending from a top left portion of the shield (or an upper left corner of a dexter chief shield portion), intersecting the sword blade, and extending toward a bottom right corner (or an intersection of the sinister flank portion and a sinister base portion) of the stylized shield. The lines of the sword blade are broken at the intersection points with the shield top portion, at the intersection points with the diagonal line, and with the intersection points with the base point of the shield. The upper-left portion of the shield leaves a space at the dexter chief shield portion where the diagonal line begins, such that the shield periphery is discontinuous at the intersection of the shield and diagonal line, and the shield periphery and diagonal line are a continuous line. The words "SKYDAS GEAR" are positioned near the mark in block lettering.
