The mark consists of the term TEX immediately above the term CHEM, both terms being in thick, light font,TEX being in larger font than CHEM, TEX sloping up and to the right at about a six degree angle and CHEM sloping up and to the right at about a 24 degree angle, the term TEX being shaded with a dot pattern within the letters, which pattern grows more dense towards the upper left hand portion of the term and the term CHEM being shaded with a dot pattern, CHEM also have a wave design across the letters E and M, the terms TEX and CHEM having shading going to the bottom and right of each character.
