Within the large circle, a smaller circle is located. Within the smallest circle, centered is the face/head/image of a horned male goat. The goat displays aggression in it's facial expression through it's eye/eyebrow area. Directly behind the goat is a rifle and a rifle bullet crisscrossed with one another.
