The mark consists of a castle which has a bell-shaped roof, with a round stone sphere at the top of the tower, its stones are of different shapes and sizes. The stones on the left side of the castle form a line down the tower to the middle, where it then goes at an angle forming the lower part of the tower. On the right side of the tower, you can see a part of the castle wall, the stones that form it are more rectangular than the rest, and these go straight down to the bottom of the castle. The rest of the stone wall is covered by the Puerto Rico flag. Starting from the left side, the flag covers most of the stone wall, it curves down, as if the wind was softly blowing from above, and then it curves upwards at the far right. On the left side, the flag has a triangle with one star in the center of this triangle and has five alternating stripes. The castle and flag sit in an oval-shaped background, and the words Latin Castle Cuisine above arching from left to right.
