The mark consists of a black guitar headstock and the first fret of the neck which is broken below the fret in a jagged pattern. Between the top pair of pegheads are two curled, snapped guitar strings; one attached to the top left peghead curving upward in a loop. Another string is attached to the top right peghead and curves upward in a loop. Both the top left and the top right tuning keys are visible, protruding from the headstock. Between the middle pair of peg heads, the literal black wording "BAD" is depicted in large, three-dimensional, graffiti-like capital letters horizontally across the middle portion of the headstock. The middle left peghead is visible in the lower hollow area of the "B" in "BAD", and the middle right peghead is visible in the interior of the "D" in "BAD". The middle left tuning key is hidden behind the "B", which protrudes off of the left side of the headstock. The middle right tuning key is visible protruding from the headstock. Between the bottom pair of peg heads, the literal black wording "COUNTRY" is written in cursive horizontally across the lower portion of the headstock with only "C" being capitalized. The letter "C" in "COUNTRY" begins around the bottom left peghead, and the letter "Y" in "COUNTRY" begins around the bottom right peghead. The tail of the letter "Y" curves downward and to the left, into a large loop, and back to the right off of the right side of the headstock before curving back onto the headstock near the bottom right peghead. The tail of the "Y" crosses the bottom right tuning key. Both the bottom left and the bottom right tuning keys are visible. The right side of the cross in the "T" in "COUNTRY" originates as a string at the bottom of the right peghead. The entire headstock and remainder of the neck is situated on an interrupted, mottled blue stained background. The background of the headstock is blue.
The color(s) blue and black is/are claimed as a feature of the mark.
