There is another thin red circle, within that is a black thin circle, within that is a white thin circle, within that is a black thin circle, within the black circle are 24 white stars, divided with a white column after every third star, the white columns are connected to another white circle. There is a black thin circle, within that is a white thin circle. In the very center is a red circle with a white clock outlined in black in the center displaying the Roman numerals "XII", "III", "VI", and "IX" in black. The black clock hands show 6 o'clock. Surrounding the outside of the clock, on both sides, are white laurel wreath. Below the clock is the working "B.U.M.M. Family" in white. Above the clock is a gold, open topped crown. Emerging outward from the clock circle are black perforated rays.
