The mark consists of 12" - 15" off ground elevated platform boxing ring with frame sustaining several training punching bags for complete workout. the bordering bottom beams will be slightly off the ground to allow for feet insertion for sit-ups. the height should not be more than 15" to allow use for push-ups, dips, step-ups, and many other workout exercises. The four corner posts will include attachments to attach speedbags, maize bags, and other bags. the posts will also include hooks for hanging / storing other exercise equipment/tools such as bands, handles, etc. Can also be used to sustain ropes from across room for other types of exercises such as defensive exercises.
