The mark consists of a stylized Phoenix with green, orange, dark orange, and blue peacock feathers and a green, pink, and yellow eagle head with a yellow and black beak. The four smaller tail feathers are dark orange and orange, and the three larger tail feathers are green with blue tips. Two of the larger tail feathers have orange and blue eyes at the end of the feathers. There is glittery purple and white smoke that starts at the end of the sage bundle and wraps around the bird.
