The mark consists of Navigator Financial Flight Plan with a compass rose which includes 8 arrow points with the arrow points at 12, 3, 6, and 9 being larger and more prominent. Inset within the rose and set at a 45 degree angle is a private passenger image with the nose of the jet at the upper right and the tail at the lower left.
