The mark consists of three stripes blue, green and red (in that order from left to right) with white space in between. The stripes are made with straight lines. The three stripes are diagonal from bottom left to upper right direction, then change direction diagonally but now from top left to bottom right direction. Along the path covered by the stripes in the diagonal section (from top left to bottom right direction) the stripes are interlaced resulting in a new stripe color order. After the interlace, the stripes are now horizontal with a new order in colors red, green and blue (from top to bottom) also with white space in between. The background of the figure is white. The shade of the colors blue, green and red is slightly lighter in the diagonal from bottom left to upper right direction section compared to the shade of the colors blue, green and red in the top left to bottom right direction and horizontal sections of the logo. The shape formed by the stripes capture the shape of the letters "A" and "M" that are part of the company name acronym. The letters "AMFC" are below representing the name of the company (Avila Multiphase Flow Consulting, LLC). These letters have black outline and are white filled.
