Superimposed on the left of the globe is a gold yellow-beaked eagle outlined in black holding a black outlined gold and yellow trident, which intersects with a crossed black outlined grey and yellow anchor and black outlined brown, grey and yellow pistol in front of the eagle. To the right of the eagle is a black and white boat in front of a black, white and brown anchor and a sword with a black and white blade and brown, yellow and black handle crossed with a black, yellow, brown and white pistol. Above the boat is a black outlined grey banner with three black outlined yellow stars.
