The mark consists of The mark consists of different color hand bags I filed my trademark/patent through a third party. I provided all my designs and documents to them so they can be submitted to the trademark and patent office. I am protecting my mark for my business Sadity Mama Closet which is also a symbol for my clothing brand. The mark is not just a logo for my brand is also needs to be protected because are apart of my custom handbags I have and will create in the future which needs to be protected from other companies stealing or trying to make my mark there which will be a legal suit. I do have my own lawyers with the proof and record of my mark. This is just the final step to make sure the colors I claim. The lip purse which is not like any other design and other entrees I have included in my application is protected. Or a least in the system that I have indeed ownership of my property and no one else can use it. The mark are custom lips that with be designed with fabric or any kind of design I choose. I have included sketches which they do indeed come in different colors. There was also more drawings but for some reason they were not submitted to you. My hand bags. Will have custom pieces added to them like jewelry and pearls. My handbags will come in different colors which I am not stopping others from using colors. I want to protect my work and make sure no one can create the concept of my design which are lip purses that have removable bottoms.
