The mark consists of I would like to clarify the confusion and color in regards to LaLaaSwims. The color and mark for LaLaaSwims is a yellow background with pink lettering. The heart above the letter 'I" is also pink. The colors are strictly yellow and pink. I also want to state that LaLaaSwims is not in fact "LaLa" as the other registrant's trademark, my trademark has two "A" in the second "Laa". Which is in fact pronounced differently since there is an extra "A". Our goods are strictly swimwear. As opposed to the registrants goods are "Clothing and apparel, namely, undergarments and intimate apparel, namely, panties, brassieres, crop top, tank tops, pajamas and sleepwear". LaLaaSwims does not sell sleepwear, undergarments, or said clothing as the registrants states.
The color(s) yellow and pink is/are claimed as a feature of the mark.
The wording LaLaaSwims has no meaning in a foreign language.
