THE CADUCEUS DESIGN AND "LONGBOARD THERAPY"
The mark consists of a black circular border. On the inside of the black circular border, on the upper portion centered in the middle, the word "LONGBOARD" is spelled in capital letters. Underneath the word "LONGBOARD", there is a large circular yin-yang symbol with the left side of the yin-yang symbol being black and the right side being white.
