The mark consists of two brown concentric circles, contains text and pictures. There is a stylized figure of a jumping tiger turned to the left in the center of the picture. The tiger is dark yellow with brown stripes, round eyes painted in brown and white colors, its ears are round-shaped. The tiger has a white stripe within the contours in the down part of its face, belly and front side of its left back leg. The tiger's tail is turned up and has 2 curves - to the left and to the right sides. The tail's end is round-shaped. Behind the tiger's figure there is a mountain drawed with brown contour. The mountain is of cream color with large white hatches. Starting from upper side of the mountain brown lines scatter in different directions towards to the inner concentric circle. In the down part of inner circle under the tiger's figure there are brown silhouettes of fir trees. Among the fir trees silhouettes there are two brown five-pointed stars, one of them is not seen in full. Between the fir trees silhouettes and the tiger there is a big candy with brown contour and white stripe in its down part inside the contour. The candy's wrapper is painted in red and blue colors, there are three stars on the blue part of the candy, a white large diagonal line is placed between blue and red colors of the candy wrapper, one more white diagonal line as large as the first one is placed in parallel on the red color of the candy's wrapper. There are three birds' silhouettes between the tiger and candy in front of the mountain - two big ones and one small. There are the following elements between the two concentric circles: In the upper part there is a large sign "CANDY TIGER" made in caps with brown letters. In the down part there is a sign "PORTLAND, OREGON, U.S.A". made in caps with brown letters. On the left and right sides between two concentric circles there are two five-pointed stars placed symmetrically. There are three brown lines of different length from upper and down side of these stars twisted in parallel to the contours of the concentric circles.
