"TEXAS WHISKEY ASSOCIATION"
The mark consists of a dark shaded circle with a top and bottom curved inscription and an inner incomplete circle with a thin border. The stylized words "TEXAS WHISKEY" are inscribed along the top inside edge of the dark shaded circle, and the stylized word "ASSOCIATION" is inscribed along the bottom inside edge of the dark shaded circle. Both inscriptions are in smaller, light block capital letters. A large nautical star is in the center of the dark shaded circle, with five stylized grain heads of varying lengths protruding from the star's right side and two stylized oak branches, each with multiple leaves and small acorns, protruding from the star's left side. Two of the five grain heads protrude from the star's upper right side and three of the five grain heads protrude from the star's lower right side. One of the two oak branches protrudes from the star's upper left side and the other oak branch, which is the larger of the two, protrudes from the star's lower left side. The star, grain heads and oak branches are centered in the dark shaded circle and surrounded by the inner incomplete circle. There is a break on either side of the inner circle where it meets the larger oak branch and the longest grain head, both of which extend beyond the breaks.
